Return Policy

We do not allow cancellations once the order has been placed. All orders are final and cannot be changed after submission. We do our best to ship all packages within 14 days. In the event that your order has not been shipped within 14 days, you may reach our to customer service to request a cancellation. 

We do not accept returns unless the item is faulty. In the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact customer support or email with your order number and photos showing defects. In most cases., the faulty item will be replaced with a new one.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
